Business and Learning Life Preparatory Notary Academy is the institutional organization authorized by the Illinois Secretary of State Index Departmanet as an Illinois Notary Public Study Course Provider. We offer the Notary Public Study Course Curriculum and Testing necessary to receive your certification and commission.

With the new notary laws that went into effect, it is imperative now more than ever for notaries to be updated on the changes that have happened over the last several years. Notaries Should attend workshops and classes yearly.

Businesses, Not For Profit Organizations, Churches and anyone who would like to obtain their Notary Commission are welcome to take the Notary Public Training through Business and Learning Life Preparatory Notary Academy.

Dr. Bridget C. Outlaw is the CEO and Pedagogical Instructor of Business and Learning Life Preparatory Academy- Notary Academy. Dr. Outlaw became a member of the National Notary Association and received Notary of the Year in 2015.Dr. Outlaw also became the National Notary Association Ambassador in 2015. Dr. Outlaw has an incomparable quest for knowledge which continues to enable her to teach and train with the Spirit of Excellence.
